Jenn Powell
CEO & Founder

The Visionary who wanted a better life balance for her own family and then decided it was something every business owner should have available to them. Bringing her dream of empowering small businesses to take back control and find their balance and fall back in love with their business to life with Powell Prosperity! Jenn is always looking for new challenges in life - this is what drew her to stepping into a combat sport for the first time at the age of 37! She is now an official blue belt in Brazilian JiuJitsu and helps coach her children in the gym and at competitions across Ontario.

Fun Fact: If given the opportunity I would travel the world with my children for an entire year to experience a different country each month.

Tammi Shoemaker

The Secret Weapon who was an old school brick and mortar business owner who morphed into the best secret weapon we have! Her knowledge of business from 30 years of experience between traditional and virtual environments gives our clients insights and tips that they may not otherwise have thought of.

Fun fact: I am an avid NASCAR fan and attend at least one live race per year.

Jessi Elgersma

The Dreamer who is our outrageously talented designer of all things life, social, branding, and talent. She sees everyone's potential and direction before they even do! Always the biggest cheerleader for each of our clients with the skill and expertise to add the value to help each of us break the barriers we thought we had.

Fun fact: My life goal is to write a best-selling thriller novel and I'm currently teaching myself how to structure a book.

Kirsten Lubeck

The Connector who brings a unique fusion of domestic management expertise and entrepreneurial drive to her role as Head of Research & Outreach. After dedicating several years to raising her family, she seamlessly transitioned her sharp organizational skills and keen eye for detail into a thriving career.
Her refreshing sense of humor brings warmth and positivity to our office, making her an invaluable part of the team. Her journey—from stay-at-home mom to a key player at Powell Prosperity—embodies the transformative power of following your passions at any stage of life!

Fun fact: I prefer to be outside, fishing, hunting, gardening, or anything else as long as it's in the fresh air.
